There are over a 100 symptoms of anxiety since each person is unique such as the type, intensity, and frequency of anxiety symptoms will vary from person to person. Let me list you a few panic attack symptoms and anxiety symptoms.

  • Allergy problems – If you are seeing an increase in allergies problem such as noticing that you are more allergic to more substances or that your allergies take longer to subside.
  • Blanching – You look blanched, pale, pasty, and without color. You look like you have a sickness.
  • Your face is red – Your skin feels flushed, turns red, or blushes. You can’t control your blushing, flushing or turning red.
  • Body jolt – You feel like your body has received a electrical jolt although some people can describe this as a body shake.
  • Body temperature – Your body seems to fluctuate temperature higher or lower than normal. This is a sign of anxiety symptoms.
  • Chest Pains – If you feel any pains on the chest such as pressure, shooting pains, muscle twitches, burning, numbness, an uneasiness, or fullness.
  • Choking – You feel as there is something in your throat and also feel like you can barely swallow and there is a tightness feeling to your throat.
  • Fatigue -  You become exhausted extremely easy and burnt out with no energy.
  • Fear – Your fears are higher than normal. You fear what people think of you. This is a sign of stress symptoms.
